1-800 Flyers provides high-quality print products and services, including but not limited to business cards, brochures, wedding invitations, and specialty finishes. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions and activities that occur online at www.1800flyers.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of Florida. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that any disputes will be governed by Florida law and handled within its jurisdiction. The Buyer’s order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order.
• All uploaded designs must be reviewed and approved before checkout. You will be asked to confirm that you have reviewed your design for accuracy, including spelling, content, and layout.
• Once your order is placed, no changes can be made. 1-800 Flyers is not responsible for errors, including but not limited to typographical, design, or formatting errors, in the files submitted.
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring that the document is print-ready.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

If your credit card is declined, 1-800 Flyers will not process your order. If an order has already been shipped and your account becomes delinquent, a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) will be applied to the unpaid balance. For accounts that exceed payment terms, future purchases may require advance payment. In the event of legal action to enforce this agreement, the Buyer agrees to cover reasonable legal fees and costs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Origin. 1-800 Flyers will arrange for shipping with the carrier on your behalf, but you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Delivery times are estimated based on the selected shipping method and are not guaranteed. 1-800 Flyers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage while the order is with the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that all details, including the design, shipping address, and other relevant information, are correct before placing your order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped.

Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. 1-800 Flyers will only replace orders that were processed incorrectly or contain defective products. The replacement will only take place after the defective merchandise is returned. We will not replace orders if it is determined that the merchandise was misused, mishandled, or partially used by the buyer before being returned.

8. Force Majeure

1-800 Flyers is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to machinery breakdown, Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, governmental action, or embargoes. These events release 1-800 Flyers from liability for order delays or disruptions.

9. Design and Proofing

1-800 Flyers offers the ability to upload your own designs or use our in-house graphic design services. It is your responsibility to review and approve all designs before submitting an order. Once approved, 1-800 Flyers is not liable for any errors in the printed material.

The tools provided on www.1800flyers.com to create, design, or modify your documents are the property of 1-800 Flyers and its affiliated companies. These tools are made available to assist you in preparing your print-ready materials, and any unauthorized reproduction or misuse of these tools is prohibited.

10. Warranty

1-800 Flyers makes no express or implied warranties beyond the possible replacement of defective products. We do not guarantee replacement of products and may issue a credit at our discretion.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. Any data collected on this site is used solely to process your order and enhance your shopping experience. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

1-800 Flyers is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, whether in contract or tort (including negligence). We are not responsible for financial losses, costs, damages, or other economic consequences resulting from our performance or nonperformance of obligations.

The Buyer agrees not to hold 1-800 Flyers responsible for any claims, legal fees, or damages related to alleged violations of copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other personal rights associated with the work provided. In the event of any legal dispute, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for any potential claims or actions.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1-800 Flyers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
