1-800 Flyers Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At 1-800 Flyers, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom printed products that meet your specifications. Due to the nature of our custom printing services, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues that may arise with your order.


1. Custom Products - No Returns or Exchanges

Since each order is uniquely customized according to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you carefully review all details, including design, content, and quantities, before placing your order.


2. Order Issues - Defects, Damages, or Errors

If you receive a product that has a defect, is damaged, or was not produced according to your specifications due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the affected items. To initiate a claim, please follow the steps below:

  • Notification: Contact our customer service team at sales@1800flyers.com or 813-692-6173 within two (2) business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage, if applicable.

  • Review: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the issue to determine if it qualifies for a replacement.

  • Resolution: If the issue is found to be our fault, we will reprint and ship the affected items at no additional cost to you. The replacement order will be processed once the defective items are returned to us, if applicable.

Note: We reserve the right to reject claims if the product was misused, mishandled, or partially used by the customer.


3. Order Cancellations

Due to our efficient production process, orders go into production immediately after being placed and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.


4. Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered, as all products are custom made to your specifications. However, if an issue arises that cannot be resolved through a replacement, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.


5. Proofing and Approval

We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of our proofing options. By approving the final proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the design, text, images, and overall layout. 1-800 Flyers is not responsible for errors approved in the proof.
