What’s Included in Our 10-Point File Inspection?
Before we print your file, we’ll review it for the following key factors:
1. Image Resolution
All images are checked to ensure they are at least 300 dpi for crisp, high-quality printing.
2. Color Mode
We verify that your file is in CMYK, the ideal color mode for accurate and vibrant printing results.
3. Bleed and Margins
We ensure your design includes the proper bleed (typically 0.125”) and that key elements are within safe margins to prevent trimming issues.
4. Font Embedding
To avoid font substitution, we make sure that all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines.
5. Size and Dimensions
We confirm that your design matches the correct dimensions for the product you’ve ordered, ensuring your print comes out exactly as expected.
6. Alignment and Spacing
We check that text and images are properly aligned and evenly spaced for a professional finish.
7. Trimming and Crop Marks
